We meet and in many cases exceed stringent EPA and OSHA standards. Where appropriate, we retain Environmental Consultants who are experts in the area of environmental protection.
The State of Illinois has created a program designed to give businesses an incentive to reduce emissions. PSA Cards has reduced our VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions in addition to 82% of our HAP (Hazardous Air Pollutants). We have implemented a hazardous material program which requires us to purchase a haz/mat vacuum, spill rags and spill containment tubes. In the event of an incident this will minimize the affects on the employees as well as the environment.
