A high-end exclusive provider of USDA prime beef wanted to transition from paper gift certificates to gift cards. This e-retailer had no stores; they sold only in catalogues and online, which created marketing and creative challenges.
PSA Cards researched the client’s culture, and business processes inside and out and put together different creative options.
The winning marketing package included a combination catalogue and gift card carrier. The carrier was launched in time for the 2008 winter holiday season, producing a 125% sales increase in gift cards over the traditional paper gift certificates of the previous year. The client launched two additional gift card options for the 2009 holiday season.

In an effort to become more environmentally friendly, a large retailer challenged PSA to look for ways to convert their gift cards to Recycled PVC core stock without compromising the high visual standards for art and branding.
Because recycled stock inherently has some color variation that could impact color standards, PSA had to think outside the box. Through a new construction process, PSA Cards quickly tested and provided a Card Solution that not only eliminated the color issue with the recycled PVC, but also increased the content percentage while preserving the graphic quality the client demanded.
As a result, the client was extremely pleased with both the level of graphic quality of the cards, the quick turn-around time and innovation shown by PSA Cards.

One of the largest international Gift Card clients unexpectedly found themselves unable to meet several client-committed delivery dates due to issues with another Card Services Organization.
Due to the flexibility of PSA Cards, we were able to expedite several large jobs to create openings in production schedules to pick up the additional personalization and packaging of the card program.
PSA Cards adopted over 7,000,000 unexpected cards and was able to complete the orders in an average of 7.5 days, saving our client immeasurable dollars in missed delivery charges and sales opportunities.

A global retailer fell behind on timelines for art and production information for a large holiday card program and engaged PSA to help with the timeline shortfall.
PSA Cards’ team of solution architects and project managers was able to take the complex card program that typically took 3 months to build, produce and execute and delivered the first partials within 15 calendar days.
The client was able to meet their program deliverables and get their cards to distribution resources in time for the holiday season.
